3D FlipBook - Youtube-Skins are not working

Hello. I purchased a lifetime license for 3D Flip Book and bought the 3D FlipBook Skins set. The plugin and standard skins work without issues, but when I select the "Youtube-player" or "black-classic" skin, the screen darkens when opening the book, but the book doesn't open — nothing happens. I want to know why this happens and how to fix it.

Please write a link to the page where you use the plugin with the YouTube skin.

Left one is with the Youtube-Skin (not functioning), the right one is with the standart skin (functioning)
Try to clear the browser cache or incognito mode, both work fine on our machine.

I have another question: how can I activate proper page navigation in the "Youtube" skin like here: https://cdn.3dflipbook.net/images/skins/black-classic.png and not like here: https://cdn.3dflipbook.net/images/skins/youtube.png?By default, page navigation is displayed like in the second case. And how can I switch the ToC-Window settings between pullout and modal? Thank you.
Unfortunately it is not possible to change style of the ToC-Window - it is a part of skin design. It is necessary to edit the skin.
