3D FlipBook - Problem with ALL browsers in IOS 16.2 and now .3

Hi, could you describe the problems? Screenshots/video would be great.

it just locks up when I open a flip book.Dead. Have to close the window on the phone. I will try attaching a screenshot to a reply to your email

Hopefully uni get my screenshot. Not a lot to see - just a screen that won't do anything after it gets to that point

I'm not sure how to make pages from images and not use any pdf functions.

I am talking about a quick test for the phone. Issue goes from the pdf renderer, latest iOS safari has problems, old version was fine. Do you use pro version?

Sorry. Tried and I cannot get an img to display as a one page in flip book inside Wordpress wring the SeedPod layout module I use. Not experienced enough. Help please!

Create a new book, chose images as sources instead of pdf on the general tab, go to the pages tab and click add images pages. Publish your book and check with your phone.

Thanks! Done. 1 page image. Can zoom in and out. No lock ups. That's a customer site so let me know when I can delete that.

If it works on your phone, that is enough, you can delete it. We already have a fix for pdfjs, but not sure will it fix all the issues. We published it in free version. We will publish the fix for pro as well, but a little later.

Yes it will, you do not need to do anything, pro and free is fully compatible.

Went to plugins page in Wordpress to install and saw your product. couldn't tell if it was Pro or not. Anyway, tried to install and not "failed. Destination folder already exists". What should I do?

Remove the free version and install again. Clear the browser cache on your mobile and check the books.

Deleted it and trying to reinstall from "Add plugins" in WP but getting this error: "Installation failed: Destination folder already exists."

Cleared cache and data. Bartlett mag stuck phone on page 3. Page locked up.

We have a client reporting the same. On ipad the ap crashes. Seems to be okay on iphone.

Just tried it again. Bartlett shows white boxes where art should be on 1st page of the flip book and then phone locks up. Any idea if this can be fixed?

Tried making BART a pdf/x from all the individual pages. Basically started over from scratch. Cleared the cache and now the thumbnail doesn't even open and page is locked up. Only oniPhone. Desktop is fine.

Ok. Semi-fixed, or just a work around really. I WAS able, before this problem started, to combine a bunch of pdf pages that had been sent to a printer in Acrobat and throw it in 3D Flipbook. That no longer works. iPhone locks up in the flipbook. Work around: re-save every page in Photoshop as a Photoshop pdf. Then combine them and throw that in 3D Flipbook. Adds time, hard to bill for, adds steps BUT it now works. Thankful for that but I still want the older, simpler way to work!

Thank you very much for sharing with us your solution. The problem goes from iOS Safari 16.x it was fine on 15.x. We already thinking about backend renderer for future releases.
