3D FlipBook - PDF showing white screen on mobile

Hi there, i have a problem with the plugin. The PDF not showing on a mobile device, the controls are showing, and sounds are playing. But just a white screen where PDF should be.

I have the LITE version by the way so cant seem to find any settings?

Thanks for the response, but the plugin is Version 1.9.19 - Dashboard says no updates pending?
