Hi, Firstly, thank you for this awesome plugin and especially for the trial version which no other devs have given.

I have few questions related to Image book: 1. With out smart pan in mobile, cannot zoom to desired size. zoom too either tiny/too big. most of the time we have to disable smart pan to zoom close as smart pan limits the zoom size. 2. Inserting blank page at the back of the front and back cover pages. 3. Initializing with SinglePage Mode, as I was not able to find it in the docs 4. setting a startup page
