Hi, I bought your software and it’s working fine on www.leememas.com But I received a complain from a user that her browser shows this error “your graphics card does not seem to support webgl”. Is there a way to overcome this from our side? Is there anything tbe user can do?

Hi,
It seems like WEBGL is disabled in your customer browser settings, because all modern graphic cards support it.
