The colour handling of Flipbook seems to be faulty ..... URL for the Flipbook is http://www.whatisrotary.org.uk/1080-news/ and to show the real colours see https://www.rotary-ribi.org/upimages/distreps/1080/1080News/New1080/feb2018.pdf the side bar article is in blue background on the original and yellow on the Flip book also the word 1080 should be in the same blue .. page 3 has a blue panel at the bottom of the page and the text should be yellow

Probably you use CMYK palette. Use RGB instead.

does Flipbook not handle CMYK then .. often magazines use CMYK anyway for printing

The plugin uses PDFJS library to render PDFs. I will create a ticket there, probably they will fix the issue.
