update:I tried the default demo configuration on the particular page and the thumbnail turns out to work fine.So the culprit must be the specific configuration I posted above.PLS have a look at it ,thank you .

There is nothing specific in the code above. Probably there are some problems with your PDFs? Could you send me couple of them? ivberezansky@gmail.com

See them here(currently it’s not the default pdf in the screenshots but it won’t make any difference either way):
1) could you reproduce this with a PDF from the demo?
2) If demo works well – could you replace a PDF from the demo with your one?
It will help to understand where the problem is.

Ok,I will try that.In the meantime,I just found out that the plugin only works on firefox on my mac.
Anywhere else I tried(firefox on a windows, chrome on both mac and windows and also so many other browsers on two differenet pc), it gave me”Your graphics card does not seem to support WebGL. Find out how to get it here.”

There is something wrong. On my pc (Win7) it works on Chrome, Firefox, IE11, Opera. Under virtualization: Win10 Edge, MacOS Safari and Chrome, iOS Safari.

<p>Go this link https://threejs.org/examples/#webgl_animation_cloth to check your device on supporting 3D Graphics. Probably it is disabled in the browser settings.</p>

The truth is that this plugin doesn’t work on the latest mac os with the most latest browsers installed and I don’t know how to enable this 3D thing on my computer.Even if I do ,you can’t expect all the users viewing my site take the trouble to enable 3D in order to read my PDFs.
So is there a solution? thank you !

Sorry, In this case i cannot help, It is more global issue that you need to log on your device manufacturer or browser manufacturer site. I hope they will resolve it very soon, because it is very big issue and it affects on a lot of browser applications. If you do not want to use the plugin for your website, to avoid this issue you can open a refund request.
Best regards,
Ivan.

What are you talking about? This is a manufacturer issue? Do you know how many people only use Mac?
I really want a solution other than a refund since I already spent much time on this.
Is it possbile to cut off this 3D thing and three.js? Thanks.

Unfortunately the quality does not depends on customers – it depends on the developers and a lot of other factors.
The plugin is based on ThreeJs (WebGL wrapper) library so it is impossible. Mac OS already had some problems with WebGL https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/issues/865 So probably it is regression. Also have a look at this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/46866131/macos-safari-and-chrome-have-webgl-display-issue And what people tell about.

On the screens you use your own PDF.
Well:
1) could you reproduce this with a PDF from the demo?
2) If demo works well – could you replace a PDF from the demo with your one?
It will help to understand where the problem is.
