The app does not have Magento version, WordPress and jQuery only. It is possible to turn it into a plugin for Magento, but you need to have coding abilities. Is it ok for you?

Have a look at WordPress version https://wordpress.org/plugins/interactive-3d-flipbook-powered-physics-engine/ , I have never worked with Magento but i am sure it has similar plugin system, so, i guess, the best way is: wrap this version in Magento plugin using minimum parameters in the short code (maybe pdf url only). And do not use GUI at all to simplify the process. But i cannot help with detailed instruction because i do not know Magento at all.
