What is php version in your web server? If it is 5.x change on 7.x and everything should be fine.

thanks for your response, my php version is 7.0.15. I ll try to re-download the plugin maybe an error occurred in the download process, because when its come at 49% of installation it restart to 0

please let me know the result when you try, it is important for me.

Unfortunately it do the same, its installing to 49% then back to 0

could you try to upload the plugin manually to the web server, you need to place it in the directory wp-contentplugins, or have a look at the web server logs, because it seems like the server doesn’t support something and throw an exception so the page cannot be loaded.

if you wish you can test the plugin on my debug web-server. Write me your contacts and I send your authentication information.

I install manually like you say and its works “I mean its installed” Now i just have figure out how its work. Thank you for you support and help
