Hi, love your Flipbook, but a problem came up today. Yoast’s meta panel stopped working. Using Health Check I narrowed it down to a conflict between 3D Flipbook v1.9.9 and Yoast 9.4. When I disable your plugin, the Yoast features reappear, turn it back on and they disappear again. I tried your version 1.9.10 and the same problem happens. For now, I’ll just have to turn your plugin off when I do SEO stuff, which means doing it at off-peak hours, which is a pain. I hope you can offer a fix (I’ve deleted Yoast and reinstalled, I’ve logged out and back in, doesn’t work.) I am on Wordpress 4.9.8 Thanks, Eric
Hi,
What The Health Check shows, what is the collision between the plugin and Yoast? The plugin does not change default behavior.
Best regards,
Ivan.
The problem appears to be with your plugin, it’s the only one that I have activated. Turn it off and Yoast’s meta panel starts working again. Yoast just release version 9.5, which I have not tried yet. I hope the fixes the problem. Otherwise, what else can I tell you? Is there another tool I should try in order to diagnose the problem?
I guess Yoast redefine some WP Dashboard styles. I need access to check it. Or where can i download Yoast?
Yoast is available on the Wordpress plugin store. I’m using the free version. It is probably one of the top ten most used plugins. I hope you can figure out the problem. Good luck and let me know if you want me to test anything.
Eric
