Hi,
I have a couple of problems which hopefully you can assist with;
I originally downloaded the free version to test and it appeared to be just the product we needed but noted that it would only show 60 pages of my 92 page pdf;. Guessing this was a limitation (I couldn’t find a note on the limitation anywhere) I decided to go with the Pro version as the product is just what we need.
So, I purchased/downloaded the visual composer version (as we use the updated WPBakery Page Builder) but it wouldn’t install as it couldn’t find the Visual Composer plugin (rookie error on my part I guess) so then downloaded the wordpress file from my code canyon downloads and installed that – this came with the extra ‘settings’ option (not found in the free version).
Problem is I still can’t show anymore than 60 pages of my 92 page pdf in either the code string or element in a page or the post it creates from the plugin.
Maybe I’m missing an obvious setting (I couldn’t see where to add the purchase code so maybe that’s the problem) or this is actually a limitation.
If it is a limitation then I’d like my US$40 refunded please.
Many thanks,
David.
Minor update to my earlier comment – a little due diligence on my part and I found that the 92 page pdf actually didn’t have pages 60 – 88 in the document, they were simply blank (my bad on that one, so apologies) – will have to go rebuild that one.
I do have an additional problem on top of the visual composer version not installing (although clearly is works from the version I installed as I can find the element and plugin to build a flipbook from) – the pdf I am choosing to use has 4 pages that are in landscape rather than portrait; is there a way to display them in their original orientation?
Thanks again.
Hi,
The plugin does not change the page orientation, so it will shows pages the same as in the PDF.
Best regards,
Ivan.
