Hi I’m trying to install the plugin in wordpress 5. with no luck. I’ve contacted my host company and they tried to install the zip file for me. and they say it is missing some files. and to contact you.
can you please advise what to do.

I didn’t install the light version
Extract the paid archive and install the archive from the ‘dist’ catalog in the extracted folder.
