Hi, I’m using the lite version of 3D Flipbook, version 1.9.9. Some weeks ago I updated three PDFs on my site to use 3D Flipbook instead of the FlowPaper plugin as your plugin is a much nicer experience for the viewer. These all worked fine and continue to do so.

Today I started swapping the shortcodes for other PDFs on my site and now, when viewing the page, I’m stuck on ‘Please wait… the Application is Loading’. I currently have a page which has been showing that message and the spinning wheel for about 10 minutes.

I’ve deactivated the FlowForm plugin, in case this was causing an issue, although it was active before and the first batch of PDFs I moved to 3D Flipbook work fine.

Do you have any ideas as to why the recent PDFs don’t load? Thanks. :-)
