3D FlipBook - Hello, somehow I couldn’t upload the zip file to wordpress, each time when upload finished, there appears a page telling me

I have contacted with my website server, and tried to upload the plugin folder through their ftp server. the upload is successful, however, the plugin is not shown on the dashboard. I contacted the server again, this is their answer:

“I have checked, permissions of the plugin folder are fine, there are no server sided reasons for the issue, the issue could be caused due to possible conflict of the plugin with the current theme. due to some other plugin related issue,you have to contact the plugin provider”

By the way, the theme I’m using for my website is themify ultra, the newest version.

Extract the archive and try to install another one from the dist catalog.
