Can you please tell me how to leave a preset view and only if they click full screen it will opens bigger?

Right now I set up 2 books and both seem bigger that I have to scroll down to see the controls

How can I reduce it to fit the screen size and if they want to see bigger they can zoom in or click full screen view?
