I am running free version 1.9.9 and want to upgrade to the paid PRO version. What is the procedure for upgrading? Will it effect existing books?

Hi,

Buy the pro version, remove the light version and install the pro from the paid archive. No effects for existing books – they will work fine.

Best regards,

Ivan.

I purchased pro & downloaded the archive, deactivated & deleted light version, went to Add New, upload plugin, selected the downloaded archive on my computer, clicked install now, it tries to upload for about 20 seconds then goes nowhere and doesn’t complete the installation. Tried several times, redownloaded the archive again and tried several more times. The installation won’t complete. The one thing I didn’t understand in your instructions was to upload the file from archive /dist. Where is /dist located and how do I access it? Now, stuck in the middle with no flipbook, any help appreciated.

Disregard the last comment, I finally figured out that the zip package contained the plugin in as well as documentation and had to be separated as a plugin only, thanks.

Sorry to be a pain but I am running into the 80 page limit when adding page images. I found your note on changing the max_input_vars to 10000 in the php.ini and did that but still have pages over 80 removed when I go to publish. Is there anything else that can be done.

Changing max_input_vars should be enough if other php settings are defaults

Ivan, Just wanted to let you know in case someone else runs into this issue. I resolved this page limit issue by discovering that my php.ini file was located in the /public-html directory instead of being in the wp-admin directory below it. So it was likely never even being looked at by the server. Once I moved the file into the correct directory it worked like a charm, although I have no idea how it ended up there, I know I didn’t place it. The plugin is great and fills my needs wonderfully, great work, thanks.
