3D FlipBook - Pre-sale licensing and compatibility question for 3D FlipBook jQuery PRO

We are currently prototyping with 3D FlipBook jQuery 1.9.9/free demo and we want to use the PRO version in a commercial web application called “Mi Montaña”. The application uses the flipbook as an interactive experience where users write personal content inside the book. In the future, users may pay to access this experience. Before purchasing, could you please confirm:

1. Which current PRO version replaces the jQuery 1.9.x distribution?
2. Does the current PRO version preserve the same physics-based page bending, hard covers and WebGL behavior as the free/demo version?
3. Does PRO remove the 10-page limitation and demo notice?
4. Can we use unlimited pages in one book?
5. Which license do we need if end users may pay to access the web application?
6. Are we allowed to integrate our own HTML overlays, inputs and application logic around the flipbook?
7. Is visible attribution required in production? Thank you.
