Hi Ivan,
there’s a bug with the 3D Flipbook plugin in Safari (Version 26.3): In the Wordpress backend the thumbnail doesn’t show, “book is processing” stays forever, and all options from “Book properties” are greyed out.

Console error in Safari:
Unhandled Promise Rejection: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘PDFJS.GlobalWorkerOptions’)

Same setup works fine in Chromium, no console errors there.
Could you take a look and see if this can be fixed?

Hi, so sorry for late response, this looks like outdated cache error.
Could you please clarify which cache is supposedly outdated and what steps we should take to fix the issue on our end?
Optimization plugins, browser, cdn and so on. Access to your dashboard is required to say what actually happened.
Since the issue occurs consistently in Safari on several different machines, but not in Chrome, it seems very likely to be browser-specific. Were you able to reproduce it in Safari on your end?
