3D FlipBook - Not Acceptable error for on particular PDF

When I save a draft or publish I'm getting a Not Acceptable An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server.

the file url seems to work fine and PDF loads in the browser. Here is the kicker if I use a different PDF it works fine. Anyone have ideas?
