Really like this plugin. I have a few questions.

- When adjusting zoom, is it possible to position the view at the top of the page instead of zooming in to middle of page?

- Is it possible to automatically display lightbox without having to click link or thumbnail?

- Possible to customize position of controls? In fullscreen view mode, the controls are not visible without scrolling to bottom of page.
