I am not using the 3D Flipbook any longer as it is not matching my needs as I thought it would. Could you please cancel / unsubscribe my account so I do not incur any future charges?

Hello - I would like to check on the status of my cancelation request. I have deactivated the plugin, and I am unable to find where I can perform a cancellation myself. Could you please cancel / unsubscribe my account so I do not incur any future charges?
