3D FlipBook - Request for Refund – 3D FlipBook Pro Purchase

I recently purchased the Pro version of your 3D FlipBook WordPress plugin, but unfortunately, it does not meet our needs. The plugin does not render PDF text sharply on screen — paragraph text appears noticeably blurry even after testing all available resolution and quality settings.

I had hoped the Pro version would improve rendering quality, but unfortunately, it did not make a difference. We have since moved to a different solution (FlowPaper FlipBook) to achieve the clarity we require.

Please process a refund in line with your 30-day money-back guarantee. I’ve attached the invoice for your reference (Invoice #2109-1431, dated October 14, 2025).
