3D FlipBook - Active Pro subscription, but features not available and get message of "Please wait! The book is processing...”

I have a Pro subscription but cannot access all features and also get the unending message of "Please wait! The book is processing...” I just redownloaded and reinstalled plugin but the issues are unresolved. Please help
