3D FlipBook - Purchased item but not in account

I purchased the plug-in; however, it does not appear in my account. Recently, it caused our site to get an error and come down. We have deactivated the plugin but the last version we installed was Version 1.10.11. Not sure if it just needed to be updated. Either way, I can't download because it isn't even shown that I purchased in in my account.
