If I share a post on Linkedin with my "flipbook" link, users who click the link in the Linkedin app on iPhone do not see the PDF but a blank page. How can I solve this problem?

This is the link, we have removed the linkedin post: https://www.imex.it/en/company-profile-en

But it is not possible to leave users in this state of disarray and without any support on such a serious problem.

20 days have passed since "we are examining the problem", so you are putting the professionals who have placed their trust in you in serious difficulty.

I guess after 30 days I can easily avoid coming back here to check if there is a solution, as I have done every single day since March 12th until today. Yet a major problem has been reported: iPhone, linkedin and any file like a brochure, company profile or catalog to share is not such an abstruse combination, on the contrary. Thanks for the support so attentive and thoughtful.

Hello, I have a client with the similar issue. When accessing a page link via the LinedIn iPhone app the 3DFlipbook does not work. LinkedIn profile with related posts that all have a 3DFlipbook in the page body: https://www.linkedin.com/company/intimate-apparel-journal/posts/?feedView=all

Hi, they never responded and consequently I had to limit the problem by uploading a PDF to a hidden page of the site and linking it on linkedin, the user experience is qualitatively different compared to the flipbook but at least the PDF is viewable.
