3D FlipBook - Error Creating NEW stuck on loading

Hi I have uploaded more than 300 3d flipbooks from pdfs and from jpeg. Since the beggining of 2023 Im having problems creating new flipbook. I create the entry, load the pdf o the jpeg files and when I press Publish it stays loading for a long time and doesnt save. Please help we are non profit organization given the service of a library. Thank you.
