3D FlipBook - All special functions don't get saved when I try to implement them

None of the many functions and options work for me - I try to make the pages interactive, add images, links, etc, but nothing gets saved after I update changes on the flipbook. When I re-open, nothing is saved and everything back to what it was before. There are so many options and it's really upsetting that nothing works for me. I have tried emptying the cache etc., but still none of the special options get saved.

What WordPress user role do you use? You need to use editor and higher.
I'm not sure I understand your question... my WordPress is always updated with the newest updates, I don't think there should be a problem. What is "user role"?
My wordpress is the newest update - 6.7.1
Different WordPress users have different user roles: author, editor, admin. In the security reasons only editor and admin can add content (images, links, etc) in the page editor.
Oh, I see what you mean. But it is not helpful - I am working in the admin role and still no changes are kept. There is no button to save changes either. And when I update changes on the flipbook, all changes I've put in are erased. The only feature which doesn't get deleted is the "interactive" feature, luckily the pages remain interactive.
