3D FlipBook - No access to full functionality because "Please wait! The book is processing..."

Hi, I bought the plugin for the first year and it was fine. I bought it again this year and replaced the plugin with the updated version but once uploading pdf : the book is processing, no giving the possibility to work on the Book properties / Sheet propertie / Cover properties / Page properties / Control properties / Bookmarks... Any idea ? This bug seems to happen to other users. I have tried to delete the plugin then starting all over again but it makes no different. The pdf shows fine on my website (https://isabellecadet.com/samuel) Thanks !
