3D FlipBook - Since Upgrade New Book Creation Hanging

I just upgraded to the latest release, and when I upload a new book, the process hangs ("Please wait! The book is processing...") and will not show the book. I waited 15 minutes!!
When I go to the website to see what is displayed, I get the error "undefined."
The book loads through the web at: https://photohaikus.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/2024-webbook-1211f4.pdf The book loads in Adobe Acrobat as it should. I uploaded the book three times through the server and FileZilla, and there is nothing wrong with the book.
Again, this occurred after I upgraded to the latest release. Please advise!! Thank you

Please try to repeat in the incognito mode, if it works then it is cache problem. Also deactivate all cache plugins in your WordPress.
It's still not working after deactivating the cache plugin and going into incognito mode.

It works fine on our machine https://photohaikus.com/?page_id=7725&preview=true https://photohaikus.com/?page_id=7731&preview=true , I see you use GZIP https://paste.pics/b8f2ec4717588b8fa84d2bffd253c4ea it is better to disable the compression for PDFs, it will allow to use range requests and upload the data only for requested pages. Also try to compress your PDF(https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf), 86.4MB is a quite heavy.
Did you edit the plugin default page? It does not display the plugin. If you do not need it you can simply disable it in the plugin settings.
Thank you for uploading the book into flipbook as it would not stop saying "book processing."

"Default page" - pages like https://photohaikus.com/3d-flip-book/2023-photohaikus/ with slug "3d-flip-book" it shows nothing, that is not the default behavior.
I made pages with book covers and placed the shortcode like this: [3d-flip-book mode="fullscreen" id="6103"][/3d-flip-book] on each page page. Then, I linked them to one page. I did not like the graphics the plugin provided. I do web design work, and as long as I can use shortcode I will design pages for the shortcode.
This is the first time I have had problems with the plugin, and I have been using it for a couple of years.

Ok, thank you for clarification. We updated 3D FlipBook - Skins Pack, so, after clearing the CDN cache of both plugins the second issue has to disappear.
Okay, thank you. I will work on the website tomorrow and change the default page. I need some time to remember how I did it!! LOL Thank you for your support and for creating the plugin--I like it!! Goodnight (here in Florida USA).
