3D FlipBook - Flipbook not showing in WP Product Description

I am dropping the shortcode into the WooCommerce product description for some books I am selling, to give the users a preview. Unfortunately, the flipbook is not showing on the page. (using OceanWP theme). Hi,
Actually the plugin has to work with WooCommerce. Do you use the latest version (1.16.10)? We guess there is a conflict with some other plugin. Could you try to deactivate them to find the problem one?
Yes, I am using the latest. I deactivated all the relevant plugins and still doesn't work.

It works when the short description exists and does not otherwise. But this is not a solution, working on the issue.
meanwhile I added a short description, so it is working. Thank you!
the issue was fixed in 1.16.11.
