3D FlipBook - Can't update to a new version

I have 3D FlipBook, which I currently use and I also have 3D FlipBook Lite Edition, which I don't use and it's deactivated. 3D FlipBook is version 1.10.15 and 3D FlipBook Lite Edition is version 1.16.7
Today I started getting the following error message on my website : Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the 3d-flip-book domain was triggered too early.
I found that somebody already had a similar issue and it was resolved by updating the plugin. My question is: how do I update 3D FlipBook from version 1.10.15 to current? Please keep in mind I'm not knowledgeable in the technicalities, I use WordPress tools, but don't know much about HTML and other website related software.

I do have access to this email. As I mentioned before, I am not very technical in this matter. Please let me know in more details steps I need to take.
In the future you will be able to update the plugin just click "update now" in the WP dashboard.
