3D FlipBook - Received email about PayPal not being accepted but charge processed

I received an email this week about PayPal no longer being accepted as a payment method, but my automatic payment did go through and my card was charged. Can that be refunded? Also, I did try to pay with my credit card through the link that I was emailed, because I would like to keep access to all of my existing projects, but I don't think it worked, because my books are not appearing on my site, and the charge does not appear on my card. Can you help with this? Is there a better way to resolve an issue like this than using the support page?
