I purchased the single one year subscription and would like to now change to lifetime. Would I qualify for a part refund for the one year?

Hi, we can simply refund in first 30 days, but your purchase was about half a year ago. We recommend you to cancel your yearly license, when it finishes and purchase lifetime.

Thank you we are able to access the product - however is not listed under the account "My Items." Is there a way to list on this website under "My Items"? the other thing is that the site GUMROAD doesn't have an account access. We are not sure how we will be able to download it in the future.
