3D FlipBook - Plug in not working with WordpressBlog hosting site

I have a site with wordpress.com. I was able to add the plug-in, however, it doesn't seem to work for this version of WordPress. Does it only work with Wordpress.org, not the regular wordpressblog host? Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
