3D FlipBook - PDF Text rendering on lower resolution displays

It seems that viewing PDFs on lower-resolution displays causes the text to render blurry. Are there any settings that can be adjusted to resolve this issue? This problem is apparent even with the "simple-jquery-pdf" example when viewed at a lower resolution, such as 1280x720. While it's understandable that small text would be illegible, there is some larger text that just isn't rendering correctly.
