3D FlipBook - Flipbook doesn't come up

I've used the plug in for several years now with no problems. Now for some reason it's not coming up. It still comes up for me, but everyone else says they get a blank page or a message that says "the api version 2.5.207 does not match the worker version 4.3.136"
Can you help me fix it?

Everyone who see this message "the api version 2.5.207 does not match the worker version 4.3.136" needs to clear the browser cache. Also please add a link to your page, we will check.

It works fine on our machines.
We are having the same issue after all this time using flipbook. Once we cleaned cache and even browsing history on iphone it came up, but then the next day it did it again, and cleaned cache. Then also received a message from a client who also had the same error message. Told them to clear their cache as well. Seems unusual that this has popped up after all this time.
