I purchased a one-time word press plugin license but was not prompted to create a login during the process. I have since created an account and would like my license to be associated. Please advise.

The license is associated with your email address. If you use the same email address - it is fine.
I created the account with the same email address but there isn't anywhere in the account that indicates I have a license. If my colleague needs to request an update/upgrade/support, don't understand the process. For instance, I emailed "support" and never received a response. What is the process for questions or support?
