We do not have an account with Gumroad. I received an email that we were charged $99 for 5 licenses. We were not planning to renew, and the credit card information in our account is expired.

1 - How did Gumroad get our payment information (which we did not authorize)

2 - How did a payment get pushed thru with an invalid expiration date and zip code

3 - How do we get credited back our $99?
