We pay annually for a flipbook licence for our site outdoorswimmer.com. The licence was originally purchased by kirstyn@outdoorswimmer.com who no longer works for us and whose email account has been deleted.
The licence may have been assigned to simon@outdoorswimmer.com, who is an admin on the site. However, we recently deleted simon@outdoorswimmer.com as an admin, and Flipbook stopped working. We have reinstated simon@outdoorswimmer.com as an admin but flipbook is still not working.
We still have all the flipbooks we've created but they simply don't show. See https://outdoorswimmer.com/3d-flip-book/outdoor-swimmer-christmas-gift-guide-2023-perfect-gifts-for-wild-swimmers/ for example.
Our most recent payment was on 21 August 23.
How can we get this up and running again?
