i am using the pro version and i want to disable the print and download option. After the preview around 5 secs, the pop up will open and user can fill the contact form. After filling the form, the download will be immediately downloaded.

Please advise if we can do this. Do you offer this custom service? Thank you

Hi, sorry for some delay. You can disable print and download in the plugin settings:

3D FlipBook->Settings->Actions->cmdPrint(enable: - enableInNarrow: -)
3D FlipBook->Settings->Actions->cmdSave(enabled: - enabledInNarrow: -)

No we do not provide custom service.
