3D FlipBook - Multiple thumbnails per page, and titles

I have a website with a large number of PDF's to display (30 plus but increasing over time). I also need to display a heading/title for each document (the title needs to be visible), so I need to place a shortcode for each within a column block, with a heading above. When set up like this, the 'library page' looks amazing, with three across per row giving the ideal thumbnail size ratio. The problem I have is the page fails to load all of the thumbnails, so it's unworkable. I can't use the single shortcode option, as this doesn't allow me to display a heading. Is there any way to do this? Any help would be appreciated.
