Is it possible to have the front cover and back cover a different size from the rest of the pages? I have some photos in landscape format which I want to use on the cover. When I switch to pages 2 and 3, they appear distorted. The publication is 8.5x11. based on some posts I created the cover size 17x8.5 but it doesn't work properly. How can I make this work?

No, the plugin does not support pages in different sizes. Additionally it supports format: 1w, 2w, ..., 2w, 1w, where w is first page width.
