3D FlipBook - Flipbook plugin wont work on existing theme, but old theme

Hi Flipbook support,

I hope you are well.

We have a strange issue with your plugin, it seems the existing template we have for some reason is blocking the plugin from loading. I would like your help to try and get this running if possible as I have an emergent project coming up that needs the plugin to work on posts. This is using your Wordpress plugin that we bought through themeforest.

Our existing website is strange in that there is 2 themes running on it at the moment.

Now if I run a page with the older themes template, it works fine (Review Editions page template).

But anything with the newer theme seems to break the plugin and it wont visually show anything or actively load.

Now my thought is maybe I need to add some <script> lines to the head of the newer header so it can circumvent any possible lockouts that the previous developer had placed into our theme. Are you able to help troubleshoot this so we can get it running on our site?

I am happy to provide temporary access as needed if you require as well (I would suggest this via email though).
