3D FlipBook - Media not visible / not interactive on iOS

Hello, just trying out what seems to be a very good plugin but unfortunately one functionality is not working on our iPhone 13 Pro, iOS version 16.4.1(a)

The added media are not showing up on the page. This happens in both Safari and chrome browsers ( latest versions ) - it otherwise works fine on PC and Android ( tested edge + firefox + chrome all OK ) doesn't matter if it's audio or video.

Here is the direct link to the test page if needed : https://francuskinotesik.pl/3d-flip-book/testpdfflip/

Honestly we would gladly pay to get it fixed as other softwares plugins are like 500$ a month like publuu...

Thanks in advance devs.

Hello Devs, so even with this bug we are using the plugin a lot, even though iOS ( or iPhone ) users can't see the media in the flipbooks. any word on this from your side? Thanks in advance,

Sorry to bother you devs, any update on this? We're getting a lot of comment from iPhone users not getting the full flipbook experience in our online course. We're very keen on paying for the plugin but just need confirmation this will be fixed in the future? Thanks a lot.

5 months later no answers, please let me know if I need to buy the plugin to get an answer, we would be happy to do so, but in the meantime that's not very professional...

Hi, sorry for so long delay in response. Yes we know about this issue.

iOS Chrome/Safari uses the same web engine, so behave the same. It seems the problem appeared after one of Apple updates. The issue exists on devices with Apple processors (iPhone, iPad, MacBook M1/M2, ...), but works fine on Intel based MacBooks. If you use mouse on M1/M2 based device and hover on the highlighted items in this example https://3dflipbook.net/css-layer-highlight you will see that the browser highlight another item. So there is an issue with coordinates calculation.

We need report this issue to Apple.
