3D FlipBook - Request for Hotspot in visual editor

Thanks so much for the improved handling of video, menu links etc via the Visual Editor, it has made my life much easier! Would it be possible to have hotspots as well? This is where a part of a page is defined and then one of a list of options is then defined to open on the page, such as a video. When making a pdf we would include a hotspot image or text. Then we would like to define a hotspot over that, so that when it is clicked it opens a video or whatever. This would help where page space is limited.
