3D FlipBook - Cannot connect to the insert application

I have created an ACF field group with a WISYWYG field for adding a PDF to WooCommerce Category pages. Unfortunately the 3D Flipbook icon does not display properly in the toolbar, and when clicked, returns a message saying “Cannot connect to the insert application.” The only way to add the shortcode is to copy > paste from the shortcode generator.

Is there an issue with 3D Flipbook and ACF fields?

I posted this question on the WordPress support page 4 weeks ago. This has not been resolved. Any thoughts?
