I run into this error when trying free version: UnexpectedResponseException: Unexpected server response (0) while retrieving PDF "PATH PDF" and having IDM in my browser

IDM intercepts the requests to the pdf file, so plugin cannot fetch data. Change pdf file extension form .pdf to something else that IDM do not download automatically.
