3D FlipBook - Adsense code not working

you added 2 zero size blocks and one of them without client id and slot:

I didn't understand I had to manually edit the width and height, however even after I edited them, they still do not appear.

One more question - if I am to add this book to other website pages where I have ads but I do not wish to display books - what should I do? Is this the only solution?

I also tried with left: 0 instead of 0%, same result. Also tried with 50% width and height. Do you think we can make it work?
