I have an instance where when customer clicks and lands on the 3D Flipbook that does not have pricing. I want to add a Form via Shortcode for a Priced version that they have to complete a short form. Upon completion of form and SUBMIT. They are redirected to the alternate Catalog with Pricing. However, I have not found a way to get it done. Request assistance.

Hi, sorry, we cannot understand what you want. If you want to edit default book page 'company-xyz.com"/3d-flip-book/"pdf-brochure-name', you need to edit the plugin file. Also you can create a new page in the wordpress and insert all shortcodes what you need.
