3D FlipBook - How to handle jQuery version - plugin updates

Hello,

I have a few questions around updating the plugin when we are notified there is a new version:

  1. Do we simply return to the account page and download the latest files?
  2. Do we have to replace all the folders/files when performing an update?
  3. Will updates ever impact the current flipbooks that are live on our sites?
  4. Is there a timeline to when previous versions are no longer supported? Do we have to upgrade within a certain time period?

Hi,

  1. Yes.
  2. Yes, you need to replace all plugin files: templates, css, js. And foreign libraries: threejs and pdfjs.
  3. Yes, we try to keep compatibility with old versions, but there can be some changes in book appearence, flip animation and plugin skin.
  4. No, at this moment we support all previous formats.
